Morris Katz (1932–2010) was a Polish-born, American Jewish artist who held court in Borscht Belt hotels during the golden age of the Catskills resort era. With his frenetic pace and novel use of a palette knife and toilet paper in place of a paintbrush, he earned two Guinness World Records as the world's fastest painter and most prolific artist.
