Description: Mottahedeh Delft blue and white ceramic vase with floral design measures 6" in length, 2 3/4" in width, and 3 1/2" tall. Hand stamped on the bottom is: Metropolitan Museum of Art, Mottahedeh, and Portugal. This frog style vase has been preowned since the 1980's but never used. No cracks or crazing, but there is a tiny chip at the bottom edge on one side, as can be seen in the photos. This decorative vase would be so lovely holding flowers, but I have an artist friend who uses hers to hold paintbrushes! It's lovely just standing alone. Photos are part of the description.
