Description: Nancy Ann Storybook Doll Topsy #26 Hard Plastic with Box (wrong lid). Pictured in Encyclopedia of Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls, Volume 2 (Blue Book) on page 142. Doll looks to be in overall nice shape as is her outfit. Box has definite wear such as peeling, browning and tearing, and has the wrong cover on it. Box does have the Topsy label on it. She has her wrist tag but it is torn at one end. Also comes with the little Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls brochure and a form to be filled in for "compiling a mailing list for future use" (no clue if this form actually came with this doll or was included with other dolls?).
