Description: Napco PY anthropomorphic bobble head skunks made in Japan circa 1950s at the PY Miyao factory. This set is incredibly rare and in wonderful vintage shape. It’s stamped K4782 and has a silver foil Napco Japan sticker on the underside. Vintage and sold “as is”. On a historic note, these shakers were manufactured and hand painted at the PY Miyao factory in Japan after World War II. National Potteries Corporation (Napco), located in Bedford, Ohio originally made their own pottery, but became an importer of Japanese ceramics after World War II. Many pieces have also been made by PY Miyao for Norcrest, Enesco, Lefton, Enterprise Exclusives, and other North American distributors. I found no flaws, but please look at the photos on a computer to see details. I do my best to describe each item presented. Please note that the clay used at the PY Miyao factory was incredibly delicate and porous. All pieces should be handled and displayed with utmost care. These items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance in two separate boxes. I do combine shipping. Just message me and let me know if you’re buying other items. If you have any questions or need more photos, please let me know. I appreciate you looking at my items.
