To maximize protection of all edges and corners, we cover the entire perimeter of the LP (sandwiched between the filler pads) with a strip of bubble wrap. We place this tightly within the mailer. All seams on the outer mailer are taped. This adds a bit more tensile strength to the outer mailer.
