Description: These are vintage Native American “End of Trail” bookends. The bookends depict James Earle Fraser's original sculpture of a Native American slumped down on his defeated horse. The original sculpture was created in 1894 titled 'End of the Trail'. The bookends measure approximately 5 inches in height, 5 inches in length and 3 inches wide. They have not been cleaned or polished. I can see they are made of a steel after testing with a magnet, and have a coating to look like bronze. They are very heavy and solid. Very good vintage condition. Jersey Vintage has been selling on eBay since 1998, we are proud of our feedback. PLEASE check photos and ask questions before buying.
