Condado Beach is located in a prime area for tourism & recreation. The beach has a public art installation by Fernando Botero and is bordered by renown casinos and hotels such as La Concha Resort, the San Juan Marriott, and the historic Vanderbilt Hotel along the northern coast. Each sample has been placed in small, 57 cm plastic bags & carefully digital scale weighed to a minimum weight of 1 oz. (28 grams). Geological/scientific samples of natural occuring beach sand. Larger weight samples up to 1 lb. (16 oz.) are available for sale upon request. Please message for inquiries.
