In other words, there are many ways to use this very strong and durable but very light material. The ideal material for anyone that loves the outdoors - day hikers, campers and especially great for the long distance ultralight backpacker. Tyvek is a flash-spun continuous fiberous hi-density polyethylene, that means it won't unravel or fray. It is an extremely tough, puncture and tear resistant fabric. It's also breathable, mold and mildew resistant and can be cut with a utility knife or scissors. This sheet is pure and solid white on one side and does have the Tyvek logo printed on the backside of this very durable material.
