Description: The illustrations within this book are amazing the information is still relevant today what I find fun and interesting is that the additions that are just several years later do not have all of these humongous steam engines in them and I would say this book is more valuable to me for the pictures in it than anything else because few of the steam engine or refrigeration type manuals of this day to never had this many of the killer illustrations of the machines that worked back then these things were huge for 10 tons of refrigeration the machine could have been 40 feet tall and 40 feet long and 20 feet wide just massive units to do such little amount of work that today you could pick up and carry around in your hands I love this stuff in this book will definitely be a prize to anyone who's in the trade is it the 1st edition from the 1800s please take a look at the pictures and ask any questions you might have thank you for looking
