TRI AVATAR is a next-generation chorus pedal with a total of four signal paths: three chorus sounds (3 phases) and a dry signal. When used in stereo, the first phase is assigned to the L side, the second phase to the L+R side, and the third phase to the R side. When used in mono, all three phases are mixed. By mixing and outputting three individual chorus sounds, it creates a chorus sound with a wide sound and depth that goes beyond the realm of a typical stereo chorus. In addition, conventional choruses had several problems such as pitch misalignment, blurred sound images in the low range, and noise generated at the timing of the oscillation. FREE THE TONE has solved these problems by combining analog and digital technology and using its unique know-how to complete a completely new chorus pedal. The conventional TA-1H had four presets that could be saved, but the new TA-2H has significantly increased the number of presets to 128. It also features the same AD/DA converter as the FLIGHT TIME (digital delay), allowing you to enjoy a warmer mid-low range sound. (Presets 1 to 4 can be recalled using the main unit alone. Turning to the right cuts the low range, and turning to the left cuts the high range. A wider range of sounds can now be created. ●In the TA-1H, the DRY MIX was WET100% → DRY50% / WET50%, but in the TA-2H, the DRY MIX has been changed from 0% to 100%. It is now possible to adjust the chorus sound more precisely. ●It has three independent signal paths that can be individually modulated (to change the pitch), and a dry signal path that can be mixed as an analog signal. ●The three modulation signal paths are each shifted by 120 degrees to achieve the unique spaciousness of a three-phase chorus. ●Compatible with both stereo and mono specifications.
