It is designed similar to the Rock Band pedal so the cord will not break like the original Guitar Hero pedals do so easily. This pedal is brand new and works with ALL Guitar Hero drum sets. Sorry this will NOT work with Rock Band sets that have 4 drum pads (see image), but we do sell them for Rock Band HERE. The typical Guitar Hero drum pedal will start to slowly deteriorate until the cable cracks and falls apart. This pedal is guaranteed to not have a cord that fails and cracks like the originals do. We also sell a pedal splitter cable so you can purchase 2 of these pedals and along with the cable have dual pedal capabilities!
