The sleeves have a single layer of fabric so they look more sheer than the bodice, which has double layers of fabric. The elasticized areas are quite stretchy- I think this could fit a size Large also. The chest (armpit to armpit) measures 19" (48 cm) across. The elasticized area at the waist measures 15.5" (39 cm) across and can stretch to 27" (68.5 cm) across. Length is 30" (76 cm). My home is smoke free. I ship quickly.
