It comes from a smoke and mildew free home, and has been stored safely in my spare bedroom. This will ship in this box, as you see it. If hardware or batteries aren't listed as included on the box, then they aren't included. I will sometimes accept returns based on whether or not you have opened the product. If it is a brand new item, it needs to be returned back to me, unused and unopened.
