Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday at 9:00am-6:00pm PST from Los Angeles, California. We do not do any shipping or processing on Saturday, Sunday or any public holiday, so please wait for the next available business day when placing an order on those days. Our items will be wrapped with a generous amount of bubble wrap, safely secured with cushions, and in a box with a fragile sticker instead of a bubble envelope, we deeply care about your item arriving in a safe condition to you. We ship things with the mindset of: how would we like to receive shipments? SHIPPING POLICIES:We only ship our packages through USPS using Media, Ground Advantage and Priority. The packages will include Insurance coverage up to $30-$100 (Ground Advantage already has that applied). The tracking number will be emailed to you by eBay once a label has been printed (please wait 24 hrs for the tracking number to be updated). If a package is damaged, lost or stolen from transit, please be advised that this issue is out of our hands and will have to be dealt with by USPS and filing a claim through them. CANCELLATIONS:We will decline a cancellation request if the order has been processed and shipped. You will have to request a return instead once you received the package. If you are asking to cancel because of a mistake in your address then we ask that you please message us with the correct address information so we can go ahead and change it for you.
