This unit works and has some excellent feature like burr grinding, 100w power, 2 to 10 cup grinding with auto shut off…low rpm motor grinds evenly and prevents beans from buring…the hopper holds ½ lb of whole beans. Some signs of use on this and some grind dust and debris but no problems with threads or plastics. Manual and box included and a cleaning brush. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
