Description: Another good looking, good running 1960s Waltham! This example is an excellent overall condition. The Chrome plated case shows only light wear, and no wear- through or brassing. The crystal is clear and free of damage, offering a great view of the silver sunburst dial. The stylus and excellent condition, with crisp printing, bright red logo and applied baton indexes marking the hours, with an Arabic 12 and 6 in their respective places. The dial also features the "smiley" text, so-called as the "unbreakable mainspring" text follows the curve of the dial. The movement inside is an ETA 1152, a versatile, fully jeweled Swiss movement that saw use by many manufacturers.
