We tested the console, charging cable, and the games, and everything worked fine for us. The games can be seen in the photos. The console has scuffs and scratches from being handled and used. The case also shows some wear and has a few stains. This is a DS case, but the 3DS XL fits in it. Please see the photos for a better idea of the overall condition of everything. The photos are considered part of the description. Due to the battery in the 3DS XL it has to be shipped USPS ground with a Hazardous label.
