I don't mail your order to you directly I mail it to an eBay shipping hub; then they mail it to you. Shipping should be around the same as Domestic Shipping. Jolee's Packs can be non-adhesive and so are some others. Please read descriptions and look at pictures. #2 I cannot be held responsible for Post Office Problems.
