Description: This is an old letter from the Northrup-King Seed Company. PLEASE NOTE: this is the first page ONLY of the letter. The Northrup-King Seed Company was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1896, and was based there until it was acquired and moved to Golden Valley, Minnesota, in 1986. It is now a division of Syngenta. The letter is dated May 23rd, 1927. It is typed on a sheet of the company's stationery, which has a very attractive design. The letter is addressed to a "Mr. Chris Marchion ", who lived in Anaconda, Montana. I believe this man was Christian Marchion (1869-1931),who is buried in Lower Hill Cemetery, in Anaconda, Montana. Mr. Marchion was in the hardware business. The letter is in good condition, with some creases and some moderate wear. Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail.
