It is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from the manufacturer SOLEX. It fits 6 volt VW carburetors with the 28PICT carburetor Normal 0 I am selling more than one of these same items, so the pictures shown may not be the actual item you receive. All are NOS items that have been stored in ideal warehouse conditions. There are sometimes minor packaging differences depending on when the part was shipped from the manufacturer.
