Description: NOS EMD 645 Series Turbocharged engine tie bar. I would date this to the 1970's - 1980's as a best guess but not any earlier than the mid-1960's. Engine is an E3 as the oil pan in shallow. I will be listing a lot of collectibles from my huge collection of EMD memorabilia over the next couple months. Most everything I have in my collection is either NOS (new old stock) or in excellent used condition.
