Some bends on the cardboard packaging. and wear along the packaging edges. The pliers are in new condition. I don't see any signs of rust. Shipping Costs: Since most of my tools are vintage. I ship them in boxes with really good packing. If you need a better shipping rate, I might be able to package your item(s) in a padded envelope instead which should cost much less, but it will not be as protected.
