This is stitched to milspec hook material. Sizing designed to fit on approx. 3" x 3" area, specifically on plate carrier GRG area or Combat uniform sleeves or sleeve pockets. Very nice, high detailed small patches.It is still unused and leftover from an order. Made as a morale patch here in Virginia Beach, VA using private morale and rec. funds.
