It powers on, I think the weight shown was bouncing around a bit, sensitivity? or a problem? Which, I think it did get to where no weight was shown. The scale probably at least needs a calibration, and apparently a foot. You're buying for parts or not working. If you're local to west Cincinnati, you can pick this up and save the shipping time and cost.
