Description: This is a pre-finished square banner in which you can insert finished needlework for display as an alternative to framing. It is by Olde Colonial Designs. It is a small navy and tan gingham check fabric with two tabs at the top for hanging. The banner measures approximately 15" wide and 14 1/2" tall. It has a flange all the way around that outer edge that measures approximately 1 3/8" wide. It is padded with batting on the inside. The opening is approximately 8 3/4" wide and 8 1/2" tall. This item is shop new, from store inventory.
