Preheat the iron ( high heat, no steam) 2. Place the patch with the sticky side down onto the garment. 3. Place a cotton cloth over the patch 4. Iron over patch for 2 minutes at least 5. Remove the cloth and check the patch around the edges. Iron again if necessary 6. Iron inside of the garment, underneath the patch 7. You can also stich the patch around the edges ( not necessary)
