Description: Tis beautiful original artwork of San Francisco measures about 11" by 8.75" and is by Ethel Nicholls. It is unframed. It seems like paint but I am not 100% sure of the medium. I listed it AS IS because the corners have tack holes/ hole in it. The edges also have some rough spots, discoloration, tape residue, wear and other flaws. The back has a considerable amount of discoloration and tape residue. The paper itself is a bit warped and wavy (this is not visible in the photos). The whole piece has some discoloration and wear.
