One of the illustrations shows what New York will look like "If we continue to increase the height of our buildings". There is wear to the edges. This was once bound. The metal “eyes” that they bound it with have oxidized. There is some minor “foxing”. But, for a magazine that is over 120 years old it is in really nice condition.
