Lyons, Jr, written on the inside of the front cover. He served one term in the Connecticut State Senate from 1973 to 1975. Condition: Good. A well loved book (as it should have been). The covers has staining (from water?) and the back cover has some bubbling. The spine is intact but has some wear along the side towards the back cover. Slight musty /old odor.
