Miniature form of Pachypodium succulentum. Can be used as a landscaping plant in mild climates if the soil is well amended with lava sand or decomposed granite. Habitat: South Africa Cultivation:Enjoys part to full sun. Water once a week in summer, less in winter. Drops leaves in winter and goes dormant, but can be kept outside in mild climate. Hardy to 30°F at least. Plant in a well draining media with mostly pumice.
