Panasonic CF-150b + adapter - restored/repaired/working

Description: This Panasonic CF-150b has been restored to working order. The soldered, dead, onboard CMOS battery has been replaced by a standard CR-2032 battery holder with a fresh battery - the computer keeps time and saved parameters as intended. The floppy disk drive has been disassembled, cleaned and lubricated. The drive heads have been cleaned. The troublesome, dried-out, floppy drive belt has been replaced. The floppy drive functions flawlessly, reading, writing and formatting floppy disks. The backlit screen is in excellent condition with a properly functioning backlight and contrast control. All keyboard keys function as intended. The included AC adapter puts out a solid 9.5V and powers this laptop as intended. Cosmetically, the laptop is in good overall condition with no broken parts; however it does exhibit some scuffs, use marks and uneven discoloration. This lot includes the CF-150b, the original Panasonic AC adapter and the (now dead) rechargeable battery. It is ready to plug-in and use. Despite this computer having been extensively tested and found to be fully functional, it IS 30+ years old technology and as such, there is no guarantee offered, or implied, for continued functioning.
