We would recommend flushing the machine out. The more we ran it, the clearer the water became. It needs to be flushed out. It has been sitting for a while.We tested all the features and everything works. Check out the pictures and video.I had a portafilter handle from another machine, this machine did not come with one, so I just that handle with this machine. We tested it out with the handle and it works. It also comes with a little steam pitcher.The unit works. If you can use this unit, go ahead and buy it.
