Description: Peggy Karr Fused Art Glass Halloween Black Cat Witch Pumpkins Ghost Plate MIB Spooky fun! This fused glass plate features a witch on a broom flying high over a ghost, pumpkins and one large and one small black cat in front of a yellow moon. There is a haunted house and the ghost is trick or treating. The border of the plate is a series of ghosts. It is in mint condition in the original box and measures 10 1/2" in diameter. Peggy Karr plates are manufactured by using stencils to add the colored glass to the clear glass base and then baked in a kiln to fuse the colors permanently. She began this process in 1987.
