Description: Penn Battle 4000 spinning reel. I used this mainly for hybrid fishing and it was working as it should. It is used and has some boat rash and wear. It was mainly used while fishing for catfish and hybrid bass. I have not needed to service this reel so it is probably due for a cleaning/ maintenance.
