The original (white) inlet sleeve that the EP series models come with breaks/tears one of the o-rings with time and that leads to the machine leaking and not working properly, so it’s better to replace the whole sleeve along with the o-rings. This black inlet sleeve is better because it doesn’t tear the o-rings. Also it’s a genuine OEM replacement, that’s found in the older Saeco models.
