Description: Absolutely beautiful copy of the original 1957 first US issue of Pierre Fournier playing Schumann’s ’Cello Concerto in A Minor, and Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, on Angel LP 35397. Original dowel sleeve copy. Pressed in England with their superior technology and vinyl, this is a true audiophile’s copy. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. Really a stunning copy. The cover has a bit of light wear with some tape at the top and bottom edges, apparently to stop the potential splitting. Looks like it might have split in a couple of small places but the seams are not generally splitting. The top center is fraying just a little. But really eh cover is very nicely crisp and clean. This is truly a top copy of this classic. Hard to beat.
