Description: Piko N scale two story “Coverall Paints” brick manufacturing plant with onsite incinerator. This building has a great deal of rooftop and on site detail pieces to give it a realistic feel while adding depth. The front and back has 4 large arched industrial windows on each floor for a total of 8 in front and 8 in back. On each end there are two matching, one on each floor. All the windows have clear glass panes, the door has an awning protection from the weather. The bottom is completely open allowing full access to add interior props or remodeling to add visual depth inside to take advantage of the interior view through the windows. All are in the original kit colors and looks great as is or you can paint it with the appropriate paint to suit your layout. The incinerator and building will be shipped unattached. If attached they make up an odd shape and will greatly increase the risk of damage in transit. Pre owned and sold as is.
