Description: For sale is a breeding pair of Platinum Koi Guppies. I raised these fish myself and purchased them through a reputable LFS in my area. The pair are approximately 3 months old as of 3/20/2024 and have already displayed breeding behavior. Fry wise I have got mainly Platinum's but I have also gotten Snakeskin Koi's out of my original trio. I suspect you will see similar results. These are hardy fish that do great in any natural aquarium provided they have room to flourish and thrive. I do not use any chemicals in my tanks so I cannot speak for how they will do in those environments. My tanks have a TDS of 200-250 and PH is 6.5-7.5 with most mainting around 7. My females are housed with shrimp so their temp is 77-78*F and the males are about 68-70*F. Pretty basic for guppy care but again I want you to know what type of environment they are coming from. I am new to selling fish online but I'm eager to put a good line of fish out there so others can enjoy them. I will only ship on a Monday or Tuesday so please be aware if you buy on a Wednesday I will not be shipping until Monday. I will fast fish for 36-48 hours before shipping and allow the water temp to slowly cool to lower their metabolism. Bags will include poly filter and insulation for the best results.
