Description: This is an original Polka Dots N' Raindrops Francie outfit #1255 from the 1960s, made by Mattel. Includes raincoat, scarf and hard-to-find umbrella. Sadly there are no boots, but I have included a pair of Francie shoes. Snap closures are intact, as are the zippers on the pockets.
