The second photo shows it next to the Teddy Bear Chair cover from Pottery Barn Kids (not included) which has the same or very similar fabric. This is not the same as sherpa, the weave is shorter, tighter and it is very soft. As the third photo shows, the zipper does not have a lock or keys that full production PBT beanbag slipcovers come with. The external tags are torn, blank or may have incorrect information, which is standard for marketing samples, however there are tags identifying Pottery Barn Teen. Cover is out of original packaging and may have slight surface dirt however none was noted during inspection. The only item in this listing is 1 marketing sample bean bag slipcover, no insert or other items are included.
