This vintage or vintage inspired handbag/shoulder bag is giving me all the 70's vibes x 100! I adore the bright purple and the brightly colored granny squares in a floral design - it's just groovy man! Measuring approximately 17x 16 with an 18" drop from the top of the bag to the middle of the handle, this piece is unlined and has no closure making a perfect bag for a day at the beach, or picnic in the park! If you were talented to line it and give it a button closure (like an oversized vintage button) this piece would have even more uses. If you're like me, something that starts a conversation, makes you feel confident or just fun - this handbag hits all those notes and more! NOTE: The top row of the bag at the opening has a couple of spots where the yarn has pulled away from the bag. May need to be trimmed in one instance and sewn shut on the other (see photos). I AM not an artist by any means but if I were keeping this for myself, I would beef up the handle or shorten it to ensure anything put in the bag didn't pull it too much.
