Description: FENDER PLAYER PLUS STRATOCASTERWith QUAD NOISELESS PLUS wiringOverview: We got our Player Plus and after testing we realized quickly that the stock wiring, quite frankly, sucked but the pickups had potential (the neck being quite good) but the bridge not a powerful as needed. So we gave it a shot of cortisol and player power by taking out the old weak switch and installing a QUAD NOISELESS PLUS wiring - This gives you an HSH guitar that sounds like 2 amazing humbuckers, but yet maintains a slight Strat sound, a perfect choice for this strat. We also wired position 2 so it would give you the original sound when the Dual Stratbucker was on. This guitar also has a nicely tuned Treble Bleed from Fender so we left that intact. And guess what? This puppy is without background noise! Great for recording. Each noiseless is actually a stacked bucker all by itself with a 10K output but a rather PAF sound to it. The neck sounded like the classic strat neck sound but the Bridge was, effective but needed some bam-a-lam to give you a nice warm higher output bucker sound but with a good rock cutting sound.
