This issue is in about Good +/Very Good- condition. The cover, which has decent coloring, and all pages, which are cream-colored with tanning edges, are firmly attached; the top and bottom edges are ragged from cover overhang; the binding is fairly straight but has chipping at the top and bottom edges; the front cover has an approx. 1/4" tear at the top left-hand corner, the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1 1/4" crease and some chipping, there is a stain in the "D", the bottom left-hand corner has tape, the bottom right-hand corner has chipping which extends into several internal pages; about 20 internal pages have tears/creasing at the bottom outside edge; the back cover has an approx. 1/4" tear at the top right-hand corner, there is staining at the bottom right-hand edge, the bottom edge has a tear and some staining at the center edge, the bottom right-hand edge has a chip.
