The front and back labels are clean with some minor scratches, and wear. The front label has some minor scuffing along the top edge (see photos). The cartridge shell is clean with some minor wear. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 30 minutes on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Genesis 3, a Japanese Megadrive, a passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), or a clone system to play this game.
