Description: I was under the impression that this might be a fairly common book but I was very wrong. This book is nearly impossible to find anywhere. It would appear that it was published by the theater itself and likely the only place you could purchase it was at the Apollo itself. I can only show twelve photos but this book is just filled with history. This is the second printing, with four pages added in front A, A1,A2,B and four pages at rear C, B1,C1,D. 48 PAGES PLUS OUTER WRAPS. MEASURES 9.5" X 12". OTHER THAN HANDLING CREASES, MOSTLY AT THE STAPLED FOLD, AND LOSS OF SOME OF THE BLACK SURFACE ON THE REAR COVER (photo 12), THE BOOK IS IN VERY GOOD PLUS CONDITION. INTERIOR HAS AGE RELATED PAPER TONING AND NO OTHER ISSUES. THERE IS QUITE A BIT OF INFORMATION STUFFED INTO THIS BOOK, WHICH WAS PUBLISHED BY "APOLLO OPERATION, INC" AND MAY HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE ONLY INSIDE OF THE THEATER. PLEASE USE ZOOM FUNCTION TO INSPECT ALL PHOTOS I utilize a third party EBAY supplied shipper for international sales. This is part of the Global Shipping Program. Please note the actual shipping cost before purchasing. That is not my shipping fee and I neither receive it nor know what the amount is. I have no control over import fees that may be charged. Please do not commit to "buy it now" until you have seen the shipping amount that you will be charged. Thank you. For International Buyers: Media Mail shipments only. Please note that, although you are likely paying very high shipping costs to have this item sent to you, I am not charging those costs. In the case of books, I utilize "media mail" to get the box to the third party shipper. "Media mail" is a very SLOW speed mailing process reserved for books and records that are potentially very heavy. If you can not wait for my shipment to reach the third party shipper at a very slow pace, please contact me before purchasing and I can add a faster (and more expensive) alternative to the listing to get the item to the third party shipper. tallPLEASE NOTE: For book sales, I virtually always include a vinyl bag tightly wrapped on the exterior. This is an attempt to prevent any USPS employee from opening the package for inspection as it would be time consuming for them to repackage it. This is done simply because my packaging is done more carefully than their repackaging and also to protect the book from the elements. The vinyl bag covers cardboard protection and you can simply cut the bag open (carefully) and remove the contents. The cardboard protection is also typically held with tape and cutting in the obvious places will allow the cardboard to pop right open, exposing the book (in another protective vinyl bag). Using this method, you should be able to open any book I send in under a minute. No "buzz saw" is required. Thank you
