RARE Antique Micro Seed Beads-16/0 Ginger Red-Orange Transparent 2.5 gram hanks

Description: Gorgeous antique ginger red orange, or orange red, depending upon how you look at it. The first photo is in sunlight. Be sure to see all pictures to see the size of ONE HANK which is 7 1/2" long with two strands tied together. These are smaller quantities because they are RARE and no longer made. These were handmade by artisan glassblowers in Murano, Italy over 100 years ago. As such, they only exist in very limited amounts, occasionally available from a few people who bought out the old warehouse stock from the bead houses of old, and may be willing to sell. I get customers occasionally who expect the hanks to be the same size as modern, factory machine-made beads like those at Michael's and Hobby Lobby. If you are looking for large bulk and a super-cheap deal, I would steer you away from antique handmade rare beads. Also, they are extremely tiny, at 1.3-1.5 millimeters and they stack at 33-34 beads per inch. These hanks are approximately 2.5 grams each and tied by hand, so there isn't the uniformity of modern, factory made products.
