Description: EXTREMELY RARE JULY 1937 ARIZONA HIGHWAYS BLACK & WHITE ISSUE-RAREST OF THE RAREIt is very rare to find the early black and white issues of the Arizona Highway. The Arizona Highways started out as a Magazine for the people who worked building the highways of Arizona. There weren't many made in those early years. Much of the information is related to the work being currently done on the highways of Arizona. This extremely rare magazine is in acceptable condition (see pictures). There is evidence of moisture in this Magazine. A couple of the pages are stuck together at the top next to the spine. The pages do not completely open flat with tearing at the top of one of the pages. There are tears on two pages and a small tear on the Back Cover, which contains a 1937 Map of Arizona. This is still a nice copy of a very rare Magazine. It is extremely hard to find these old Black & White Magazines in any condition. July is an extremely rare issue. I believe because it has a wonderful color Front Cover of a painting of Native Americans. Perhaps people framed this Front Cover and thereby making this issue scarce.Included are:THE POW-WOW - FLAGSTAFF'S ANNUAL INDIAN SHOW LIFE LINE OF THE ARIZONA HIGHWAYS (With great photo of the Center Stripe Machine)NO SIR -- IT'S NO LIE ("Magic Circle Arizona-Utah-Nevada Border Is Wonder of World In Scenic Highways")RAINBOW BRIDGE TREKEVOLUTION OF THE COW TRAIL, PART 1 PLANT CONTROL INSPECTION ("The Why's and Wherefore's of Arizona's Border Agricultural Stations")BOULDER DAM (Poem by Ira L.
