He is in unused, never-previously-owned condition, part of a lot of NOS (New Old Stock -- unsold merchandise that was only displayed at the store). The PVC is MINT CONDITION with no wear or loss of the original paint, bright and shiny! I truly do not see any defects (other than surface dust!), he is MINT and will display beautifully!
