Box isn’t in the best shape, see pictures. Game has its blockbuster stickers and has been opened to verify authenticity. It’s my understanding that some video game stores would use these boxes as their displays on the shelves. When someone wanted to purchase the game, they would take this box to the counter in exchange for the game. These boxes are rare because most of them would be tossed by the game stores that received them. With my research I did find a small handful of other n64 games that were “for display only”. None of them being conkers. Open to fair offers. Not in a rush to sell from my collection but ready to move on. Thanks for looking!
