Description: A very well established big Boi Philodendron Billetae with over a foot long root peeking out of its pot and aerial roots wrapping around the rim of a 3 Gal pot. Hard to come by at this maturity. P. billietiaeis known especially for its distinctive orange-yellow strong petioles and wavy, ridged leaf edges. It produces long, thick, glossy, strap shaped leaves with beautiful orange petioles with red thick veins on undersides. It grows as an epiphyte in nature and the elongated leaves and petioles help it to stretch out to receive light and can get up to 4 ft long! It's really a must have for the collector. He had just pushed out a striking vibrant golden green large leaf that are still hardening with a new growth. the largest leaf measures (not including the petioles) 19.5" long by 6" wide. he spans at 42" wide and 32" tall with multiple nodes and long aerial roots that are wrapping around the rim and peeking out at the bootom of a 3 gal pot .
